Galvanize
At this workshop, we will focus on the key elements founders need to include in an outreach email to investors, as well as what tools and strategies you need to run a proper investor outreach campaign.
We will have investors and tech founders (who have successfully raised) share their knowledge and experience navigating the investor outreach waters, so you will be taught straight from the mouth of those who walk the walk.
What: The first VC 101 workshop of the year that helps founders understand the key elements and tools needed to conduct a proper investor outreach campaign
Who: Attendees include any tech founders or future tech founders in Arizona. If there is a seat open in the room, you are welcome in! We want to let current and future builders know that building a vc backable company is possible with the right education, network, and help.
When: Thursday, February 15th // 6:00p.m.-7:30pm.
Where: Galvanize, Phoenix.
You must register to attend this event. Reason being is that we want to keep a headcount of the number of seats available in the room, as there is limited seating.
Other: We will also be providing attendees with take-home materials and tools of the content after the workshop, so attendees leave with something tangible from which they can work from. Future workshops will have different VC 101 focus areas and take-home materials. Our aim is to round out the knowledge of AZ founders with an end-to-end understanding of the venture capital and startup culture, etiquette, best practices, community, and more.
Venture On is led by AZ native and Ventures Associate, Josue Romero.
